About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin & Logistics Manager to oversee administrative operations and manage logistics activities efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office management, coordinate supply chain activities, and maintain effective operational systems.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Management
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the organization.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective workflow.
- Manage office facilities, utilities, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing systems.
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Plan and coordinate procurement, transportation, and delivery activities.
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock control.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Financial & Reporting Duties
- Prepare operational and logistics reports for management.
- Monitor budgets related to administration and logistics.
- Ensure cost-effective procurement and resource utilization.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Manage contracts and service-level agreements.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5–7 years experience in administration and logistics management in the healthcare space.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management tools.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
