Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of our office located in GRA, Ikeja. The successful candidate will provide clerical and administrative assistance, maintain office records, support staff with routine tasks, and ensure that office activities run efficiently. The ideal applicant should be organized, professional, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and parcels

  • Receive visitors and direct them appropriately while maintaining a professional environment

  • Maintain organized filing systems for office documents (both digital and physical)

  • Assist with preparing reports, memos, and other basic office documentation

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate office records

  • Monitor and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock at all times

  • Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopy machines

  • Assist management and other staff with administrative duties when required

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office workspace

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines

  • Carry out other administrative duties as assigned by management

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: OND or NCE (a higher qualification is an added advantage)

  • At least 1–2 years experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Good command of written and spoken English

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and Email)

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Must be trustworthy, responsible, and professional

  • Strong attention to detail and good work ethics
