We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative Secretary to support the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
The successful candidate will provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring efficiency, professionalism, and excellent communication at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting management and team members with administrative tasks.
Managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
Maintaining filing systems (digital and physical).
Create basic content for business promotion.
Requirements
HND or B.Sc qualification in any related field.
Proven experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Graphic Designing)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
Must reside within the Surulere, Coker-Orile, Amuwo Odofin, Mile 2, Okota, Isolo axis.
