Grey Matter Agency is seeking a highly organized and client-focused Client Services Lead to manage client relationships and oversee the successful delivery of content projects.
This role sits at the intersection of client engagement and content execution, ensuring that client expectations are clearly defined, met, and consistently exceeded through high-quality, original content.
Key Responsibilities
Engage clients to define objectives and collaboratively create clear, effective content plans aligned with their brand goals.
Share drafted articles with clients, manage the approval process, and gather structured feedback to guide refinements and improvements.
Act as the primary liaison between clients and Content Consultants, ensuring timely submission of articles and smooth incorporation of client feedback.
Review and evaluate content produced by Content Consultants to ensure it meets Grey Matter Agency’s quality standards, brand guidelines, and originality requirements, including plagiarism checks.
Work closely with clients to ensure all content is rewritten in their authentic voice, incorporating their unique perspectives, examples, and industry insights.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in client services and content/project management.
Strong understanding of content strategy, editorial workflows, and quality assurance processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate client feedback into clear action items.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to content originality and quality.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
