Clinic Operations
- Assist in overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure smooth workflow
- Support patient scheduling, registration, and queue management
- Monitor clinic supplies and assist with inventory tracking and ordering
- Help ensure clinic areas are clean, organized, and compliant with standards
Administrative Support
- Assist with documentation, filing, and record management
- Support billing, invoicing, and basic financial tracking (as applicable)
- Prepare basic reports on patient volume, operations, or staff schedules
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of clinic systems
Staff & Patient Coordination
- Act as a liaison between patients, nurses, doctors, and admin staff
- Assist in managing staff schedules and attendance records
- Support onboarding of new staff where required
- Help address basic patient inquiries and feedback under supervision
Compliance & Quality Support
- Assist in ensuring clinic policies, SOPs, and healthcare regulations are followed
- Support audits, quality checks, and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic information at all times
