Job Summary
- We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.
- You'll be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales growth through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
- Contribute to sales growth through product knowledge and upselling
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills.
