Job Description (What you will do)
Operations & Service Control:
- Supervise all activities on the restaurant floor during shift
- Ensure smooth customer flow: seating, order-taking coordination, and service delivery
- Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to reduce delays.
Cleanliness & Orderliness (Key Focus)
- Always ensure floor cleanliness (tables, chairs, floors, restrooms)
- Enforce hygiene standards and staff grooming compliance
- Conduct frequent checks and correct issues immediately.
Customer Monitoring & Payment Control (Key Focus)
- Monitor customers to ensure proper conduct and comfort
- Ensure customers pay before collecting/consuming food, based on outlet procedure
- Prevent walkouts and report suspicious activity immediately
- Support cashiers and service staff during peak periods.
Team Supervision
- Supervise waiters/servers, cleaners, and front-of-house staff
- Ensure staff are on duty, properly assigned, and working efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
- Prepare shift reports (incidents, customer feedback, shortages, staff issues).
Requirements (Who you are)
- BSc / HND minimum in any discipline
- 2–3 years’ experience in restaurant supervision or hospitality
- Strong leadership and customer-handling skills
- Must be active, attentive, and disciplined
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to monitor activity
- Conflict management and good communication
- Ability to work shifts including weekends.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
