Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Maintain customer records and document interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of BSc Degree in any related field
- Proven experience in customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
