Job Summary
- We are looking for a creative and highly organized Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, manage brand communication, and drive engagement across all digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate must understand social media trends, content strategy, analytics, and community growth - while using AI tools to enhance content production and streamline workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Create engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut AI, HeyGen, Runway, etc.) to improve content creation and automate workflows.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars, campaigns, and social media series.
- Monitor analytics and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports.
- Run paid ads and optimize campaigns for conversions and engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.
- Manage brand storytelling, visual consistency, and tone of voice across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to support promotions, events, and launches.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools/platforms.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of content creation, digital marketing, and platform-specific best practices.
- Proficiency with AI-powered tools for graphics, video editing, scheduling, and automation.
- Ability to write compelling captions, scripts, and short-form content.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or other creative tools.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
