- The Office Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
- The role involves managing correspondence, scheduling, records, and front-desk coordination while maintaining a professional and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily office activities, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping
- Prepare letters, reports, memos, and other official documents
- Maintain both physical and electronic filing systems
Communication & Coordination:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required
Scheduling & Office Management:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Data & Confidentiality:
- Maintain confidential records and sensitive information securely
- Update databases, staff records, and administrative logs
Support Functions:
- Assist with basic HR and finance-related administrative tasks (e.g., staff documentation, expense tracking)
- Support special projects and assignments as delegated by management

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an office secretary or administrative assistant
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month.
