I-Fitness Centre Limited is Nigeria's first and fastest-growing fitness chain. Established in May, 2015, I-Fitness has been providing fitness services within the Lekki axis of Lagos, recently spreading to the Lagos mainland. The organization has grown from a one location gym on Admiralty way, to a multi-location fitness center with over 2,000 subscribers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine facility inspections and address maintenance needs
- Ensure HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems function properly
- Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors
- Maintain safety compliance (fire systems, emergency exits, safety equipment)
- Keep accurate maintenance and inspection records
- Support preventive maintenance planning and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Operations, or related field with 1–2 years’ experience in facility management or maintenance
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to respond effectively to emergencies.
