Responsibilities
- Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment
- Respond promptly to maintenance faults and breakdowns at client sites
- Perform basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry repairs
- Inspect facilities regularly and report faults or safety issues
- Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, power supply, and water systems (where applicable)
- Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials
- Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
- Keep accurate maintenance logs, job cards, and reports
- Support installation, replacement, and servicing of equipment
- Liaise with supervisors and external vendors when required
- Assist during emergencies such as power failures, leaks, or equipment breakdowns
- Ensure work areas are left clean and safe after maintenance activities.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in related field with relevant experience.
