Key Responsibilities
- Calculate and review NAV on a daily/monthly basis
- Ensure timely filings and submission of regulatory reports to the SEC and FMAN
- Perform portfolio valuation and accounting entries
- Reconcile cash, investments, and income
- Process subscriptions, redemptions, and distributions
- Maintain accurate fund and investor records
- Ensure trade settlement and monitor corporate actions
- Prepare and support financial reporting and audits
- Liaise with custodians, fund managers, auditors, and managers
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in fund accounting or fund operations
- Knowledge of investment instruments and fund structures
- Professional qualifications (ACCA / CPA / CFA) are a plus
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong accounting and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with fund accounting systems preferred
- Ability to work under deadlines and in a team environment.
