About the Role
- We’re hiring a Product Growth & Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and brand visibility for PicckR.
- This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across organic and paid channels, content transformation, and brand development.
- You will work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and Operations to scale platform growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Audience Growth (Organic + Paid): Drive growth across digital platforms through SEO, paid media, and community strategies.
- Social Media Acquisition: Increase follower base across key platforms and support content strategy for lead funnel conversion.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and launch paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms to drive app installs and sign-ups.
- Lead Generation: Implement strategies to attract and convert high-intent users (businesses and individuals).
- App Acquisition: Optimize acquisition funnel across performance and product marketing efforts.
- SEO & Website Optimization: Conduct a full SEO audit and improve discoverability through content and structure updates.
- Brand Strategy & Messaging: Deliver an updated brand positioning statement, tone of voice guide, and clear articulation of PicckR’s unique value proposition.
- Brand Visibility: Manage online and offline visibility campaigns to improve top-of-mind awareness.
- Visual Identity Rollout: Support execution of updated brand visuals across digital assets and product touchpoints.
- Content Transformation: Lead the evolution of content formats across marketing channels to align with updated messaging and audience behavior.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track growth KPIs (activation, retention, conversions), prepare reports, and use insights to optimize campaigns.
