- The Director, University Multimedia Centre, is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for coordination of multimedia services in the University.
Eligibility and experience
The candidate must have:
- A good honours degree from a recognised body
- A relevant higher degree
- Fifteen (15) years relevant qualification experience, plus computer skills in linear and non-linear editing of real-time recorded materials
- Five (5) years at Deputy Director, University Multimedia Centre level in a University or comparable body
- Skills in AI tools, editing software, and online streaming services
- Membership of relevant professional bodies
Key responsibilities
The role includes:
- Providing multimedia services and support for the University
- Overseeing the multimedia content lifecycle from conceptualisation and design to final production
- Any other duties assigned by the Vice-Chancellor
