Job Summary
- The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linens, towels, uniforms, and guest laundry to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation within the resort.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, wash, dry, and fold resort linens and staff uniforms
- Operate washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely
- Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and report issues
- Ensure proper use of detergents and cleaning chemicals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
- Deliver clean laundry to housekeeping and other departments
- Handle guest laundry requests promptly and professionally
- Follow health and safety standards at all times
