Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical staff.
Coordinate onboarding, credentialing, and staff documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and staff welfare.
Ensure adherence to labour laws, hospital policies, and healthcare standards.
Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and HR reporting.
Support training, licensing, and professional development activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years HR experience in a healthcare setting (hospital, clinic, HMO, or medical facility).
Strong knowledge of labour laws and healthcare HR compliance.
Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
