Listings Assistant (Intern) at CW Real Estate

Description

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Listing Officer Intern to support our real estate listings team.
• This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in property marketing, client coordination, and real estate operations.
• The intern will assist in managing property listings from onboarding to publication while learning industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding new property listings and collecting required documentation
• Coordinate property details, pricing, and availability with agents and property owners
• Prepare and update property listings on internal systems and external platforms
• Ensure accuracy of listing information, photos, floor plans, and descriptions
• Support the marketing team with listing promotions and online advertisements
• Schedule property viewings and follow up with agents or prospective clients
• Maintain organized records and databases for active and inactive listings
• Assist in market research and comparative property analysis
• Perform administrative tasks related to listings and transactions as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Interest in real estate sales or property management
• Familiarity with property portals and social media marketing
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of local real estate market trends
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace; CRM knowledge is a plus)
• Willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professionalattitude and strong work ethic.
