Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily poultry farm operations
Manage feeding, watering, housing, and overall care of poultry
Monitor flock health and coordinate with veterinarians when needed
Implement and enforce biosecurity and animal welfare practices
Maintain accurate production, health, and inventory records
Supervise, train, and schedule farm workers

Manage budgets, control costs, and order supplies (feed, medication, equipment)
