Academic: Candidates must possess a Doctorate degree (Ph.D.) in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
Background: Must also possess a good first degree (Bachelor's) and a Master’s degree in the relevant discipline.
Experience: At least ten (10) years of post-qualification relevant experience in a university.
Scholarly Record: Candidates must show evidence of outstanding scholarship, a substantial body of research published in leading international journals, and a proven track record of supervising postgraduate students and providing high-level academic leadership.
