Responsibilties

  • Greet and receive visitors courteously and professionally
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries
  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff
  • Coordinate office supplies and ensure the reception area is orderly
  • Assist with basic reporting, data entry, and documentation
  • Support office events, meetings, and logistics as required.

Qualifications
