Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize all operational functions across AWARI Homes’ property portfolio.
- This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in hospitality or short-term rental operations.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end operations across all shortlet and rental properties
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, systems, and SOPs
- Ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence across all locations.
Requirements & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4–5 years of proven experience in operations management, hospitality, real estate, or short-term rental management
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multiple properties
- Strong knowledge of short-let operations and guest-centric service models
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in digital tools, booking platforms, and reporting systems.
