Job Summary
- The Gas Plant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily gas plant operations, ensuring safe handling of LPG products, supervising staff, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- The role requires strong operational oversight, safety consciousness, and effective team supervision to ensure smooth plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the gas plant to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Monitor LPG receiving, storage, and dispensing activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise plant staff, including attendants and technicians, and manage duty schedules.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report any faults or hazards promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of gas sales, stock levels, and daily operations.
- Coordinate basic maintenance activities and escalate technical issues when required.
- Ensure customer service standards are upheld at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND in Engineering, Sciences, or a related field.
- Previous experience working in a gas plant or LPG facility is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of LPG safety standards and handling procedures.
- Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations effectively.
- Good communication and record-keeping skills.
- Must be safety-conscious, responsible, and reliable.
