Requirements
- Graduate with BSc/HND Certificate
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Budgeting and cost-control expertise
- Knowledge of catering operations and food service standards
General Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Five to ten years of industrial catering work experience
- Previous work experience with a similar industry
- Understanding menu and recipe interpretation
- A catering certificate would be an added advantage
- Good communication in the English Language
- Multi tasking to achieve results within specified time lines
- High level of organization and detail
- Catering hygiene standards application.
