Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–4 years) in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in telecom, ISP, fiber, or technology companies.
- Strong understanding of fiber internet services, bandwidth solutions, and connectivity products (an advantage).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong customer relationship and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to engage in field sales and client visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for fiber internet and connectivity service
- Prospect and onboard residential, SME, enterprise, and corporate clients
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitors, and growth areas
- Present and sell fiber products such as routers, extenders, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues in coordination with support teams
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports for management review.
