Summary

  • We are looking for a vibrant, customer-focused Sales Clerk to join our team where you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them discover products and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and provide expert product recommendations based on their needs and budget.
  • Accurately handle cash, credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain high standards of store cleanliness, arrange product displays neatly, and ensure all items are correctly priced and tagged.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist in taking inventory, and restock shelves to prevent shortages.
  • Build trust and foster loyalty by understanding customer preferences and providing knowledgeable guidance.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (SSCE) or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, calculating change, and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift merchandise (up to 25–50 lbs).
