Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on assigned and self-sourced leads.
  • Conduct site inspections, virtual tours, and sales presentations.
  • Build trust and guide prospects through the buying journey.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
  • Meet weekly activity targets (calls, meetings, inspections).
  • Upsell and cross-sell company’s Residence projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of sales experience (real estate is an advantage but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-driven, resilient, and coachable.
  • Comfortable working with commission-based earnings.

Compensation

  • Industry Standard.
  • High commission per sale.
