Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on assigned and self-sourced leads.
- Conduct site inspections, virtual tours, and sales presentations.
- Build trust and guide prospects through the buying journey.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Meet weekly activity targets (calls, meetings, inspections).
- Upsell and cross-sell company’s Residence projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of sales experience (real estate is an advantage but not mandatory).
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-driven, resilient, and coachable.
- Comfortable working with commission-based earnings.
Compensation
- Industry Standard.
- High commission per sale.
