Location: Remote / Work From Home (100% Remote Opportunity)
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: 8-hour standard shift; may range from 8am EST – 6pm EST (2pm to 4am WAT)
(Primary shift: 8am – 4:30pm EST, based on company needs) (2pm to 10:30pm WAT)

Job Summary

  • The SEO & Analytics Specialist will lead search engine optimization and website performance initiatives, track and analyze digital KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve organic traffic, engagement, and patient conversion.
  • This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
  • Manage web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console) to track KPIs
  • Monitor and report on ROI of digital initiatives, recommending adjustments as needed
  • Analyze website and social media performance to guide content and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with content creators and IT specialists to implement website optimizations
  • Ensure data compliance and security in accordance with HIPAA and healthcare IT best practices
  • Stay updated with trends in SEO, digital marketing, and healthcare IT
  • Support the creation of digital dashboards and reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
  • 2–4 years experience in digital marketing, analytics, or IT-related roles (healthcare experience preferred)
  • Experience with Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, and other analytics tools

General Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Excellent Excel skills (advanced preferred)
  • Strong internet connectivity (mandatory)
  • Personal device/laptop (mandatory)
  • Strong computer literacy.

Role-Specific Skills:

  • Expertise in SEO, SEM, and web analytics
  • Proficiency with analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Ability to translate technical data into actionable insights for non-technical teams
  • Knowledge of website CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
  • Experience optimizing websites for both credibility and measurable growth
  • Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare IT compliance standards.
