Role Description
- The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of complex digital transformation initiatives for public and private sector clients.
- The individual is responsible for stakeholder engagement, product visioning, agile team leadership, and aligning delivery with strategic business goals across multi-disciplinary teams.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Qualifications and Experience
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) are a plus.
- Professional certifications in Agile, Scrum, Product Management are desirable
- 7+ years work experience, ideally in consulting, GovTech, civic-tech, or digital transformation environments, with at least 2 years in a product leadership role
Requirements:
- Product Management: Experience in product lifecycle management, product development processes, and agile methodologies.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Skills in market research, data analysis, and strategic decision-making to address complex challenges.
- Technical Acumen: Knowledge of technology trends, software tools, and systems relevant to product management.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences, presenting ideas clearly and concisely.
- Preferred Experience: Background in working within data-driven organizations or sectors is an advantage.
