This is a full-time on-site role based in Port Harcourt for a Subcontract Administrator.
The role involves managing subcontracts, preparing and reviewing contracts, creating and evaluating proposals, and ensuring compliance with government contracting regulations.
Additional responsibilities include collaborating with various stakeholders, monitoring subcontract performance, resolving disputes, and maintaining records to ensure adherence to contract requirements.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Subcontracts and Contract Management
Strong Analytical Skills and Proposal Writing abilities
Familiarity with Government Contracting regulations and compliance
Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage relationships with subcontractors and ensure contractual obligations are met
Knowledge of the Energy sector and related industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field
