Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives and EoR service needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.
- Proactively source and engage top technical talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, partnerships with educational institutions).
- Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen the employer brand of the EoR service.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of technical recruiters.
- Develop long-term talent acquisition strategies to anticipate client needs.
- Implement robust technical skills assessment methods to ensure quality of talent delivered to clients.
- Establish recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure high satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience and relevant certifications).
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and qualifications relevant to the EoR service industry.
- Proficiency in all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
