Job Description

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to drive sales growth by identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and delivering an excellent buying experience.
  • The Sales Consultant will build strong relationships with clients, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Present, promote, and sell products using persuasive communication and product knowledge
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems (preferred).

Salary
N110,000 - N200,000 / month.
