Job Description

Job Summary

Responsible for recruiting, managing, and retaining wholesalers to drive volume growth, ensure full distribution of priority SKUs, and maintain strong distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and onboard 50 wholesalers monthly, ensuring complete documentation.
  • Achieve 80% repeat orders through active wholesaler engagement.
  • Drive at least 30% Off-Trade volume via Tier 1 wholesalers.
  • Ensure 100% numeric distribution and 3/3 priority SKUs in top-selling lists.
  • Monitor NFTE performance and close gaps promptly.
  • Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
  • Resolve operational issues within 48 hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or trade marketing
  • Strong understanding of off-trade distribution channels
  • Proven track record in wholesaler development and volume delivery
