Job Summary
Responsible for recruiting, managing, and retaining wholesalers to drive volume growth, ensure full distribution of priority SKUs, and maintain strong distributor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and onboard 50 wholesalers monthly, ensuring complete documentation.
- Achieve 80% repeat orders through active wholesaler engagement.
- Drive at least 30% Off-Trade volume via Tier 1 wholesalers.
- Ensure 100% numeric distribution and 3/3 priority SKUs in top-selling lists.
- Monitor NFTE performance and close gaps promptly.
- Submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Resolve operational issues within 48 hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG sales, distribution, or trade marketing
- Strong understanding of off-trade distribution channels
- Proven track record in wholesaler development and volume delivery
