Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Expansion:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within residential estates, commercial properties, corporate organizations, and government institutions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the facility management space.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, estate managers, developers, and corporate clients.
  • Manage key client accounts to ensure contract renewals, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams.

Proposal Development & Contracting:

  • Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and presentations for facility management services.
  • Participate in pricing, negotiations, and contract finalization in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and service delivery commitments.

Sales & Revenue Management:

  • Achieve assigned revenue and contract acquisition targets.
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.
  • Support invoicing follow-ups and collections where required.

Brand Representation & Networking:

  • Represent Vale FMC at industry events, estate meetings, and business forums.
  • Strengthen the company’s brand visibility and reputation within Abuja and beyond.
  • Leverage referrals, partnerships, and strategic alliances to grow the business
