Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Expansion:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within residential estates, commercial properties, corporate organizations, and government institutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the facility management space.
- Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, estate managers, developers, and corporate clients.
- Manage key client accounts to ensure contract renewals, upselling, and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal operations teams.
Proposal Development & Contracting:
- Prepare and submit compelling proposals, bids, and presentations for facility management services.
- Participate in pricing, negotiations, and contract finalization in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate costing and service delivery commitments.
Sales & Revenue Management:
- Achieve assigned revenue and contract acquisition targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities.
- Support invoicing follow-ups and collections where required.
Brand Representation & Networking:
- Represent Vale FMC at industry events, estate meetings, and business forums.
- Strengthen the company’s brand visibility and reputation within Abuja and beyond.
- Leverage referrals, partnerships, and strategic alliances to grow the business
