Recruitment and Onboarding: Screen, interview, and hire candidates; manage the orientation and onboarding of new employees for hub centres & hub operations.
Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and conflicts, promote a positive work culture, and implement effective HR policies.
Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee benefits and payroll processes to ensure timely payments.
Training and Development: Create and implement training programs and professional development plans for staff.
Compliance and Records: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records and paperwork.
Performance Management: Ensure performance management initiatives to improve business performance.
Requirements
HND/B.Sc in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related field
2 - 5 years experience in agricultural sector or FCMG
Experience on farming/agricultural procedures, loan disbursement for applicants and education on investment plans
Knowledge on labour law and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional certification in Human Resource Management.
