Role Overview
- The Premium Sales Executive will be responsible for driving high-value furniture sales to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), C-level executives, and key decision-makers in corporate organisations and government parastatals.
- The role requires strong communication skills, a polished appearance, confidence, and the ability to build and maintain premium client relationships while representing the Majeurs brand professionally.
- You will work closely with the Revenue Manager to generate leads, nurture prospects, close deals, and deliver an exceptional customer experience that reflects a luxury furniture brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage HNI clients, top executives, and key decision-makers in corporate organisations and government agencies.
- Promote and sell premium furniture solutions to both individual and corporate clients.
- Conduct client consultations (physical and virtual) to understand their needs, preferences, and space requirements.
- Present product options, share design recommendations, and communicate the value and uniqueness of Majeurs’ furniture offerings.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, and walk-in clients to convert interest into closed sales.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to the Revenue Manager.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, showroom tours, and site visits where necessary.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term partnerships.
- Work with the internal teams (showroom, design, production, logistics) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery to clients.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and presentations as required.
- Uphold a high standard of personal grooming, etiquette, and communication, reflecting the image of a premium brand.
Candidate Profile
- Confident, well-presented, and personable female professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak clearly with good diction, composure, and courtesy when dealing with senior executives and HNIs.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value deals.
- Target-driven and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Must be residing within or easily accessible to: Surulere, Yaba, Ikeja, Lekki, Victoria Island, or Ikoyi, due to client and showroom proximity.
- Willingness to learn, undergo sales training, and grow within the organisation.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an OND / HND / BSc in any discipline (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or related field).
- 1–3 years’ experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, or related client-facing roles.
- Experience selling to HNIs, corporate clients, or in a premium/luxury brand environment is an added advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Good use of English; ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
- Good organisation and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel) and WhatsApp/Email for client communication.
