Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and filing both physical and digital documents in an orderly and easy-to-access system.
- Help retrieve documents as needed by team members, ensuring quick and efficient access.
- Update and maintain an electronic document management system to ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Ensure that all company documents are properly categorized, archived, and stored.
- Help ensure that documents meet company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the safe destruction of outdated or unnecessary documents following company policies.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in document management or administration
- Basic knowledge of document management systems and organizational tools, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Familiarity with both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Ability to learn and use document management software quickly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
