Role Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Officer to support our Human Resources function across recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of modern HR practices, effective communication skills, and the practical use of AI tools to improve people processes and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Coordinate and support Learning and Development (L&D) programs, including training needs analysis, scheduling, and evaluation of learning outcomes.
- Utilize AI tools and HR technologies to enhance recruitment, training, reporting, and employee experience.
- Assist with performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
Experience and Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a Human Resources or People Operations role.
- Preferably MALE
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools and digital HR platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound understanding of Learning and Development principles and practices.
- Working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
