Vitel Wireless is seeking energetic, target-driven, and well-connected individuals to join our team as Sales Ambassadors across Lagos Mainland and Lagos Island.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong field sales experience and a passion for building strategic partnerships within the telecommunications space.
Key Responsibilities
Scout and onboard strategic partners to expand market presence
Identify, recruit, and onboard mobile agents across assigned territories
Drive product activations and ensure consistent sales growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and agents
Monitor agent performance and provide necessary support to achieve targets
Represent the brand professionally in all engagements.
Requirements
Minimum of HND (Higher National Diploma) or equivalent
Must reside in Lagos Mainland or Lagos Island
Applicants must clearly state their exact residential location/axis (e.g., Ikeja, Yaba, Surulere, Lekki, Ajah, Ikorodu, etc.)
Proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (telecom experience is an added advantage)
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Good knowledge of Lagos markets and territories
Ability to meet and exceed assigned targets.
