Responsibilities
- Source and identify genuine landed properties suitable for onboarding and resale
- Engage landowners, families, communities, and agents to negotiate terms
- Conduct property assessments and due diligence checks
- Coordinate with legal and management teams for documentation and verification
- Support onboarding of approved properties into the company’s sales pipeline
- Provide regular field reports on sourced opportunities and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate sourcing, field sales, or property scouting
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good understanding of land documentation and ownership structures
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a field-based role.
