About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly driven Sales Officer (FSO) to join our growing FMCG team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sell-out performance of our seasoning products across assigned markets.
  • You will expand our retail footprint, improve product visibility, and activate new strategies to accelerate growth.
  • This position demands a proactive salesperson with strong relationship-building skills, excellent market awareness, and the ability to execute rapid, consistent sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors to promote products.
  • Identify and onboard new customers within the territory.
  • Ensure product visibility, proper display, and availability.
  • Track sales activities and submit daily/weekly reports.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / B.Sc in any related field.
  • 2 – 5 years experience in selling FMCG products (seasoning portfolio)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Must be result-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good knowledge of local market routes.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
