We are seeking a highly driven Sales Officer (FSO) to join our growing FMCG team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the sell-out performance of our seasoning products across assigned markets.
You will expand our retail footprint, improve product visibility, and activate new strategies to accelerate growth.
This position demands a proactive salesperson with strong relationship-building skills, excellent market awareness, and the ability to execute rapid, consistent sales results.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Visit retail shops, supermarkets, and distributors to promote products.
Identify and onboard new customers within the territory.
Ensure product visibility, proper display, and availability.
Track sales activities and submit daily/weekly reports.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements
OND / HND / B.Sc in any related field.
2 – 5 years experience in selling FMCG products (seasoning portfolio)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
