We are urgently seeking high-performing and target-driven professionals within the insurance sector to drive aggressive revenue growth and broker expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and monthly sales action plans.
- Generate profitable insurance business through brokers and direct channels.
- Source and onboard new brokers and corporate clients.
- Achieve revenue and premium collection targets.
- Follow up on renewals and outstanding premiums in line with credit policy.
- Prepare periodic production, renewal, and collection reports.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers and clients.
- Ensure accuracy of policy documentation before delivery.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Monthly and annual Gross Premium Written (GPW) targets achieved.
- Premium collection ratio and outstanding reduction rate.
- Growth in broker network and direct client acquisition.
- Policy renewal retention rate.
- Timeliness and accuracy of marketing performance reports.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 4–10 years’ relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong broker network within Lagos market is highly desirable.
- Professional certification (e.g., CIIN, AIIN) will be an added advantage.
