Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management – Welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate office or staff.
- Call Handling – Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally.
- Appointment Scheduling – Book, confirm, and manage appointments or meetings.
- Record Keeping – Maintain visitor logs, files, and basic administrative records.
- Office Support – Provide general administrative support such as filing, receiving deliveries, and handling inquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum Educational Qualification – SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
- Good Communication Skills – Clear verbal and written communication.
- Professional Appearance & Attitude – Polite, friendly, and well-presented.
- Basic Computer Skills – Ability to use email, word processing, and office software.
- Organisational Skills – Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
