- We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Officer to join our Human Resources team.
- The HR Officer will support core HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, payroll, and HR administration.

Job Responsibilities
- Draft and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain positive employee relations through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Assist in payroll processing and related documentation.
- Support the management of employee compensation and benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation records.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role or related field.
Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Location Requirement:
- Candidates must reside within Surulere, Ilupeju, Yaba, Ketu, Ojota, Shomolu, Bariga, or surrounding areas.
