Connect Nanoy Homes with conferences, exhibitions, real estate expos, corporate organizations, and networking platforms for brand visibility and lead generation.
Drive lead generation, investor engagement, and client acquisition strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure strategy execution and target performance.
Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.
Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and stakeholder engagements.
Requirements
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or business development targets.
Experience in Business Development, Strategy Planning, or Sales Growth, preferably within real estate or related industries.
Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, marketing strategies, and revenue generation.
Ability to drive performance, manage KPIs, and deliver measurable results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, proactive, and performance-driven.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience in business development or strategic roles.
Master’s degree or professional certification (MBA, CIPM, PMP, Real Estate–related certifications) is an added advantage.
