Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain computer systems and office software
  • Enter, process, and manage data accurately
  • Support administrative and technical documentation tasks
  • Handle the day to day office/client related administrative functions
  • Preparation of certificates for customers 
  • Handles company certificate renewal process
  • Keep and maintain accurate company record
  • Prepare all internal and external document 
  • Prepare visiting schedule for technical and marketing team
  • Manage office resources

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/B.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting
  • Must be residing in lagos mainland, Ikeja, Ogba, Iyana ipaja, Agege and environs 
  • Fast typing skills and attention to detail
  • NECO and WAEC Certificate holder with computer operation experience can apply
