Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and upkeep of all facilities, including buildings, utilities, equipment, and common areas.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Ensure timely repairs of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural issues.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility assets.
- Source, supervise, and evaluate external vendors and service providers (cleaning, security, landscaping, waste management, repairs, etc.).
- Verify work completion and authorize payments in line with approved contracts.
- Supervise security personnel and access control systems.
- Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and fit-out projects when required.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related concerns from occupants and management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Technology, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in facilities or property management.

Working Conditions:
- May require after-hours or emergency response availability.
- Occasional site inspections and supervision across multiple locations (if applicable).
