Role Summary
- The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for clients at WhiteKaftan.
- This role requires a confident, well-spoken individual who can warmly receive clients, manage inquiries, support sales, and represent the brand with professionalism.
- The ideal candidate is customer-focused, digitally savvy, and enthusiastic about contributing to the growth of a premium fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to clients professionally, both in person and via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Manage customer inquiries, bookings, fittings, and order follow-ups.
- Assist clients with fabric selection, design discussions, and basic product information.
- Support social media activities by responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, measurements, and appointments.
- Coordinate with tailors and production staff to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Keep the reception and showroom area clean, organized, and brand-presentable.
- Handle basic administrative tasks and daily reports as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field.
- Prior experience in customer service, front desk, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in dealing with clients from different backgrounds.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn, explore new ideas, and adapt in a fast-growing business.
- Passion for fashion and customer service is an added advantage.
