Primary Role
To drive in-store sales by attending to walk-in customers, recommending products confidently, and converting traffic into confirmed revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and attend to walk-in customers promptly and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed sales.
- Upsell complementary products (screen guards, lens protectors, charms, etc.).
- Demonstrate product features and assist customers in making decisions.
- Liaise with Inventory to confirm availability.
- Ensure accurate order documentation before cashier processing.
- Maintain product display neatness and organization.
- Support packaging and fulfilment during peak periods.
- Track and report personal sales performance daily.
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confident, presentable, and professional.
- Able to stand and move actively throughout the day.
- Fast learner with strong initiative.
- Comfortable working in a high-volume retail environment.
- Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage.
