Retail Sales Supervisors at Mol Integrated Services

Responsibilities

• Develop new market and recruit new distributors in your allocated regions.
• Manage the existing distributors to meet up their monthly target.
• Recruit and develop sub dealers and wholesalers in your region.
• Manage the sales team within your region to push/sell out for the distributors.You can replace them [and If need be] to achieve your target.
• Recommend attractive packagesfor the distributorsbut not incentives.
• Meet at least 70% of set Monthly Sales Target
• Manage and execute approved sales strategy and plans nationwide.
• Lead market storms for the sales team.
• Prepare and submit daily,weekly and monthly sales report.
• Report monthly stock balance of all distributors.
